gf = GLUTEN FREE
was = WITH ADDED SUGAR
sorbated = POTASSIUM SORBATE

ev = EXTRA VIRGIN
y/f = YEAST FREE
So2 = SULPHUR DIOXIDE
W/w = Wholewheat
